The film depicts the arrival of four politicians attending the 1956 Republican Convention in San Francisco, including: A husband and wife arriving at night on a four propeller American Airlines plane; A man and two women, all wearing campaign buttons, in the terminal with a Western Airlines sign in the background; A husband, wife and three children deplaning from a United Airlines plane; Thomas Dewey deplaning from a United Airlines plane, and then greeted on the tarmac by Leonard Hall, Chairman of the Republican National Committee.
