Abstract

Description
The film begins with a shot of a female dancer (Ruth Page) in a ballet studio.  She wears a cropped blouse, shorts, and socks with flat ballet slippers.  Page begins to demonstrate various steps in combinations, including arabesques (plus a promenade, a penchée, and an arabesque turn), developés, coupés, turns, grand rond du jambes en l'air, pas de bourées, etc.  The film ends while she is still demonstrating steps.
