Abstract
Instructional film geared towards hospitals and their staff. The film discusses the importance of developing resuscitation programs and the importance of cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) training as a simple and effective method of keeping patients alive until more elaborate measures can be taken. The film acknowledges the diversity of hospitals, but encourages each hospital to create resuscitation programs by training its staff with life-saving resuscitation procedures and techniques. The film was shot on location at The Bryn Mawr Hospital (Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania), The Hoover Pavilion (Palo Alto, California) and The Palo Alto-Stanford Hospital Center (Palo Alto, California).
