Abstract
An amateur documentary film about the arrival of a Chinese-Vietnamese family to Deerfield by way of a refuge camp in Hong Kong. The Zion Lutheran Church of Deerfield sponsored the family’s arrival. The filmmaker John Sanner was a member of this church, as well as a member of the local amateur film club Metro Movie Club during its later years (approximately 1972-1987).
