Description

Footage includes shots of motorists as they return to halted highway traffic (likely on Highway 61) and shovel snow off the road, a passing farm truck with an affixed sign that advertises Bob Lyons of Zwingle, Iowa, and a close-up of an operating snow rotor. The film concludes with several aerial shots taken from a private Apache airplane.

Seven inches of snow were reported in Dubuque, and up to 16 inches of snow were reported in the state of Iowa.
