Abstract
Theatrical advertisement for the All-Crop Harvester, a tractor-drawn combine sold by Wisconsin-based agricultural equipment manufacturer Allis-Chalmers.
Description
Over the sound of horns, a sepia-toned title card declares, "Farmers, Attention! Allis-Chalmers Facts!" Over footage of a man harvesting wheat on a tractor, an announcer says: "Farmers, attention! When you plant your crops for this year, don't worry about the harvest, for here comes the Allis-Chalmers All-Crop Harvester, successor to the binder. This little combine will harvest and thrash all of the small grains, seeds and beans grown on diversified farms in a manner never before possible. Wheat, oats, barley, rye, flax, and soy beans, as wells as clovers, grass seeds and many others, are now easy to save and clean. The price is amazingly low. Why not look into this new and revolutionary machine? See your local Allis-Chalmers dealer."
