Abstract
Black and white outtakes featuring future US president Lyndon B. Johnson talking at the 18th Annual Convention of the National Association of Home Builders of the United States. He talks about his travels to Europe, Africa, and Asia and about how greatly loved America is in these places. He berates the USSR for denying its people freedom and states that the United States is highly regarded overseas because of the freedom they preserve. Although the title of the reel refers to a mistake made by the Russians, it is unclear from the content what mistake this is referring to.
