Black and white footage featuring Dr. Bertelsen testing out his Aeromobile on the streets of Chicago and being interviewed about it. Dr. William Bertelsen was an Illinois-born inventor who invented the Aeromobile-200, an air-cushion vehicle (ACV) that glides above snow and water on a cushion of high-pressure air—a precursor to the hovercraft.
